Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Key West

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Lots of loungers and several cabanas for use at no charge, just who ever gets to them first. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were fine but no one smiles it seems to want to be there, except for the breakfast staff. They are very nice and always smiling.

We liked the location, the pool, the bar, the shuttle service and the staff.

The free shuttles to downtown and the beach, clean rooms with everything in working order, great breakfast with tasty menu options, friendly and helpful staff, workout room open 24 hours with several machines, manicured landscaping and clean pool.

I was unsure about the hotel because of some reviews but honestly it was an excellent experience, the front desk girl was super nice she told us about what we could do on the area and explained what benefits we had on our stay, the breakfast was great and the pool is the best part of the hotel not to mention it’s really close to everything

I loved the cabanas at the pool. We enjoyed the location of breakfast overlooking the pool. More breakfast fruit would be appreciated (we were in Key West - fruit is in season). We tried the bacon; it was extremely greasy and had very little flavor. I am wearing a cast due to a broken ankle. The function of the elevator was very sporadic. The lobby, pool area could use more convenient ramps. The information for the hotel needs to include information about the number of steps that need to be navigated too. We would not have booked the room if we knew the elevator only functioned sporadically AND if we knew a first floor room was actually on second floor due to parking being on the ground level under the rooms. We would appreciate a complimentary stay of two nights to compensate us for the inconvenience and expense of our original stay.
