Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Key West

I loved the cabanas at the pool. We enjoyed the location of breakfast overlooking the pool. More breakfast fruit would be appreciated (we were in Key West - fruit is in season). We tried the bacon; it was extremely greasy and had very little flavor. I am wearing a cast due to a broken ankle. The function of the elevator was very sporadic. The lobby, pool area could use more convenient ramps. The information for the hotel needs to include information about the number of steps that need to be navigated too. We would not have booked the room if we knew the elevator only functioned sporadically AND if we knew a first floor room was actually on second floor due to parking being on the ground level under the rooms. We would appreciate a complimentary stay of two nights to compensate us for the inconvenience and expense of our original stay.

The property is alright and acceptable. Beds were comfortable, nice staffs, and amazing atmosphere. The pool was nice and pretty big. The breakfast in this hotel is a 9/10. I loved the breakfast meals, had a lot of good options!

The room was small and although the hotel is older, our room was very clean. We were very pleased. The breakfast area was nice with plenty of room for a lot of people. The food selection was good and there was plenty of it even toward the end of breakfast time. The shuttle to and from downtown was a huge help to us as well!
