The swimming pool ! I loved the fact that you could enjoy a cocktail poolside and that the pool was open until 11pm so you could enjoy a swim in the cool of the evening and watch the sunset, and float in the pool looking up at the moon and stars.

Excellent all around only issues were ice machine on level 1 non functional and pillows in the room were horrible everything else was wonderful breakfast was adequate very basic but for free it hits the spot! employees were pleasant and welcoming not just the front desk staff but everyone to include the cleaning staff and everyone we came in contact with! the shuttle was amazing and saved us a ton of money on parking! not our first time here and certainly won't be our last!

This Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites was pleasant. They provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown Key West daily every hour. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to Smathers beach on the South. The pool at the center of the hotel 'village' was nice. It had fountains. The pool also had cabanas for families to hang out.

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Lots of loungers and several cabanas for use at no charge, just who ever gets to them first. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were fine but no one smiles it seems to want to be there, except for the breakfast staff. They are very nice and always smiling.

The pool and exterior space amazing! They let us keep our car there during our check out day since excursion was until 4. Shuttle service was awesome. Breakfast was great

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. The room was comfortable and clean & plenty of parking which is much appreciated after our last experience at another hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. They have an excellent, convenient shuttle to downtown Key West. The breakfast was amazing as well.

The room was spacious. Two full beds and a pull out couch in the other room. It was aged, however the room was very clean and smelled nice. The pool is beautiful! The bar at the pool is great! The breakfast bar is also perfect for a quick easy breakfast. Location is close enough to downtown, but far enough away as well.

The free shuttles to downtown and the beach, clean rooms with everything in working order, great breakfast with tasty menu options, friendly and helpful staff, workout room open 24 hours with several machines, manicured landscaping and clean pool.
